Here are some pictures from Friday’s conference put on by Darden’s Wine & Cuisine club. The theme was sustainability in the food and drinks industry and featured representatives from big players (E. & J. Gallo, AB InBev, Diageo) to local Charlottesville favorites (Devil’s Backbone, Relay Foods, Three Notch’d). I learned of a few ventures for the first time (Hill and Holler – a very cool concept!) and got educated on the latest and greatest in sustainable production for the things we consume.
